OmegaFP is priced per user: $150 a month on a monthly plan, or $125 a month when you pay annually. That's the whole model. No platform fee, no add-on for the notetaker, no separate line for the client portal.

Here's why we landed there, and how to think about it as your firm changes.

Why per seat

The alternative is pricing by households, assets, or features. All three punish growth or push you into a tier you didn't ask for. Per seat means the bill goes up when you add a person, which is the moment you've decided the firm can afford it.

What counts as a seat

Anyone who logs in. Advisors, associates, operations, and the principal who mostly reads dashboards. Clients using the portal don't count; that's included with the advisor who serves them.

The annual discount, plainly

Paying annually saves $25 per seat every month, or $300 a seat a year. For a five-person firm that's $1,500 a year, which is roughly the cost of the scheduling tool you'll no longer need. Monthly is there for firms that want to try before they commit, and you can switch to annual at any point.

Planning for a growing team

Add seats as you hire; they're prorated. Remove seats at renewal. If you're adding more than 25 users, or you need single sign-on, custom data retention, or a dedicated environment, that's the Enterprise conversation, and we'd rather have it early than late.

The comparison that matters

The right comparison isn't OmegaFP against another CRM's seat price. It's OmegaFP against everything OmegaFP replaces. The savings calculator on the pricing page adds up your current stack so you can see the actual difference for your team.
